Job Description

Monument Health Spearfish Hospital is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a well-established and collegial team of 13 CRNAs. This role offers an independent yet collaborative practice environment with a strong emphasis on high-quality patient care, professional autonomy, and long-term career satisfaction.

CRNAs at Monument Health practice with a high level of independence while working collaboratively with surgical, obstetric, and nursing teams. Providers deliver anesthesia and analgesia services across both hospital and ambulatory surgery center settings. The organization values CRNAs as clinical leaders and supports integration of education, leadership, research, and consultation into daily practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for surgical and obstetrical patients
• Practice independently in a collaborative hospital environment
• Perform peripheral nerve blocks (training provided)
• Participate in hospital and ASC anesthesia coverage
