Job Description

Mountainview Regional Medical Center in Las Cruces, New Mexico is seeking full-time CRNAs to join a highly skilled anesthesia team practicing with full autonomy. Under New Mexico’s SB 78, CRNAs here work independently while still having access to physician anesthesiologists for peer-level collaboration. This role offers a robust case mix, mentorship, and one of the strongest compensation packages in the Southwest. New graduates are fully encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope independent anesthesia services
• Manage high-acuity cases across multiple surgical specialties
• Perform and advance ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia (USGRA)
• Collaborate with CRNA and physician colleagues in a supportive environment
• Participate in mentorship, training, and clinical development as needed

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation packages starting at $380,000–$400,000+ depending on W-2 vs 1099

Job Requirements

• Valid CRNA license or eligibility for licensure in New Mexico
• Completion of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Strong interest in independent practice and advanced regional anesthesia

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time or PRN options available
• Independent CRNA practice model
• High-acuity surgical exposure including ortho spine, neurosurgical spine, intracranial, bariatrics, colorectal, ENT, GYN, urology, GI, and pediatric dental
• OB covered by a dedicated team
• Negotiable call with reasonable callback expectations
