Narragansett Bay Anesthesia (NBA) is hiring full-time and part-time W-2 CRNAs across multiple Rhode Island locations. Newly drafted compensation packages offer exceptional pay with flexible scheduling options and both call and non-call roles available. Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services across multiple hospital and ASC settings
• Perform general, bariatric, ortho, podiatry, vascular, GU, neuro, thoracic, endoscopy, oncology, robotics, OB-GYN, and pediatric dental cases
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop anesthesia plans
• Deliver safe anesthesia care and monitor patients throughout procedures
• Participate in call rotation when applicable (call back paid at 1.5x)

Compensation & Benefits

• Experienced CRNAs: $270,000 annually (non-call) / $300,000 annually (call-taking)
• New grads: $255,000 annually (non-call) / $285,000 annually (call-taking)
• Hybrid call options available (prorated)
• Flexible 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts
• 44 days PTO annually
• CME allowance: $1,500 annually

Job Requirements

• CRNA licensure in Rhode Island (or ability to obtain)
• Experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply
• Ability to work within a collaborative anesthesia team

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time and part-time positions available
• Flexible scheduling: 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts
• Call requirements vary by facility (call back at 1.5x)
