Job Description

NCAP is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our collaborative and dynamic care team at Ivinson Memorial Hospital in Laramie, Wyoming. Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for a wide range of surgical cases, including general, orthopedic, OB, and more.
• Collaborate with 4 CRNAs and 3 Physician Anesthesiologists in a care team model.
• Administer and manage anesthesia before, during, and after procedures.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust anesthesia to ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Participate in shared call responsibilities, including OB pager call approximately 1-2 nights per week.
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $240,000 – $250,000 annually
• Stipends and pager compensation available for additional income
• 12 weeks of paid time off per year

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification
• Active Wyoming CRNA license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Ability to work both independently and within a care team model
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Schedule & Work Environment

• Average of 3–4 days per week, with 10-hour OR shifts
• 33 hours per week on average
• Shared weekend responsibilities (every 5th weekend)
• Call requirements: Pager-based OB call approximately 1–2 nights per week
