Job Description

North Big Horn Hospital in Lovell, Wyoming is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide general anesthesia coverage for the surgical department and perform non-surgical pain management procedures, including clinic-based care. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with surgical staff, improve workflows, and contribute to quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general anesthesia coverage for surgical procedures.
• Perform non-surgical pain management procedures in a clinic setting.
• Maintain regular office hours and see patients in a hospital-provided facility.
• Collaborate with OR staff and providers to develop and improve workflows that enhance quality and patient experience.
• Participate in educational programs conducted by the hospital.
• Engage in teaching functions within the hospital as needed.
• Utilize the EMR system to access, retrieve, and document patient information accurately.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary range: $270,000 – $350,000.
• W-2 employment status.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
• Current CRNA license in Wyoming (or eligibility for licensure).
• NBCRNA certification.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and patient care skills.
• Experience in general anesthesia and pain management preferred.
