AZ Facility (Direct Hire) Full Time No Call W-2

Job Description

Northern Arizona Healthcare is seeking full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join its anesthesia team at a Level I Trauma Center in Flagstaff or its Level IV hospital in the Sedona/Cottonwood area. CRNAs practice in a medical direction model (1:3 ratio) alongside 21 physicians in a collaborative, team-focused environment.

This role offers broad case variety, flexible scheduling, generous time off, and true work-life balance in one of Arizona’s most scenic regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across 12 main ORs and 3 outpatient ORs
• Cover endoscopy, cardiology, and radiology cases
• Manage diverse case mix including General, Ortho, Neuro, Vascular, Trauma, and outpatient procedures
• Perform spinal anesthesia and regional techniques including nerve blocks
• Collaborate within a 1:3 medical direction model
• Support high-acuity care in a Level I Trauma and regional referral center

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $230,000–$270,000 plus incentives
• $50,000 sign-on bonus (2-year commitment)

Job Requirements

• Arizona CRNA license (or eligibility)
• NBCRNA certification (negotiable)
• ACLS and PALS required
• New graduates welcome
• Ability to work in a team-based, medical direction model

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time W-2 hospital-employed position
• Average 40-hour workweek
• Shift options: 7a–3p, 7a–5p, 7a–7p, 3p–11p
• No overnight shifts (physicians cover nights)
• Approximately 1 weekend every 5 weeks
• Evening stretch approximately every 6 weeks
• No first or second call responsibilities
