Job Description

NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate 1099 or W2 Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team in Fredericksburg, VA at SurgiCenter of Central Virginia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia care for a high-volume ambulatory surgery center
  • Work within a medical direction model
  • Deliver safe, efficient anesthesia services across multiple specialties

Compensation & Benefits

  • Top of Market Base Salary: $175 – $185 per hour
  • 1099 and W2 options available
  • Flexible schedule: Monday–Friday
  • Health, Dental, Vision (W2)
