Job Description

NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Full Time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Wellstar Spalding Regional Hospital in Griffin, Georgia. This role offers a high level of autonomy with no medical direction. Team players are encouraged to apply, and training is available for those willing to learn new skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia care in a highly autonomous practice environment
  • Serve as primary OB/OR provider while working independently with MD supervision
  • Participate in scheduled call coverage as required

Compensation & Benefits

  • Top of Market Base Salary: $205K – $245K
  • $39,000 additional income for call (OB proficiency required)

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Monday–Friday 7a–3p
  • Call: Weekdays 3p–7a; Weekend 24-hour call (beeper from home)
  • High-autonomy, no medical direction practice
