Job Description

NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team in Fredericksburg, Virginia at SurgiCenter of Central Virginia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia care in a high-volume ambulatory surgery center
  • Work within a medical direction model
  • Deliver safe, efficient anesthesia services across multiple specialties

Compensation & Benefits

  • Top of Market Base Salary: $245K plus Sign-On Bonus
