Job Description
NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team in Fredericksburg, Virginia at SurgiCenter of Central Virginia.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care in a high-volume ambulatory surgery center
- Work within a medical direction model
- Deliver safe, efficient anesthesia services across multiple specialties
Compensation & Benefits
- Top of Market Base Salary: $245K plus Sign-On Bonus
- Incentives, Stipends & $1,500 CME
