Job Description

NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Full-Time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at SIH Harrisburg Medical Center in Harrisburg, Illinois. This position offers a fully independent CRNA practice model with a diverse case mix and excellent quality-of-life hours, making it an outstanding opportunity for both experienced CRNAs and new graduates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia care across a broad range of surgical services
  • Practice independently at the top of your license
  • Deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia care in a hospital setting

Compensation & Benefits

  • Top of Market Base Salary: $260K (New Grads) – $280K (3+ Years Experience)
  • $75K Sign-On Bonus with a 3-year commitment
