Job Description

NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Pediatric Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Covenant Children’s Hospital in Lubbock, Texas. This is a quality-of-life focused position offering a predictable schedule, pediatric-only cases, and the opportunity to work at the top of your license within a highly collaborative care team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia care exclusively for pediatric patients
  • Work collaboratively with anesthesiologists and perioperative teams
  • Deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia services in a children’s hospital setting

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $305K+ with a 40-hour work week
  • Hourly work-over rate available after 40 hours
  • $100K Sign-On Bonus with 3-year commitment
  • Generous PTO: 7 weeks
