Job Description

NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at East Valley Endoscopy in Mesa, Arizona. This is a direct-hire 1099 opportunity offering an excellent work-life balance with a predictable weekday schedule in a focused endoscopy setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for endoscopy procedures
• Deliver safe, efficient, and patient-centered anesthesia care
• Work independently in a streamlined ASC environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Top of Market Compensation: $230K–$260K annually
• $1,800 flat rate for optional 5th day
• PTO included
• 1099 position (must carry own malpractice)
• Direct hire opportunity

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Ability to practice independently
• Must provide own malpractice coverage

Schedule & Work Environment

• 4-day work week, 46 weeks annually
• Optional 5th day available
• Typical workdays average 6–10 hours depending on provider and room assignment
• No nights, no call, no weekends
