Job Description

NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at CarePlex Orthopaedic Ambulatory Surgery Center in Hampton, Virginia. This opportunity is ideal for experienced CRNAs seeking a high level of autonomy, including the ability to perform their own regional anesthesia. The role focuses primarily on orthopedic cases in an ambulatory surgery center setting with no call or weekend requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia care for primarily orthopedic surgical cases
  • Independently perform regional anesthesia
  • Deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia services in an ASC environment

Compensation & Benefits

  • Top of Market Base Salary: $250K
  • $20K Sign-on Bonus paid annually
