Job Description

NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Providence Medical Center in Kansas City, Kansas. This position offers an excellent quality of life with no call, no weekends, and no holidays while practicing in a diverse, high-acuity clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across a broad surgical case mix
• Deliver safe, patient-centered anesthesia services in collaboration with the care team
• Participate in scheduled clinical coverage during standard weekday hours

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $230,000
• $5,000 annual quality incentive bonus
• $45,000 sign-on bonus
• Generous PTO: 10 weeks
• Full Time, W2
• No call, no weekends, no holidays

Schedule & Work Environment

• 40 hours per week
• No call, weekends, or holidays
• Excellent work-life balance with limited late coverage (1 POS after 3pm)

Endoscopy, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Neurology, GYN, Major Vascular Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Electrophysiology, Urology, and Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT)
