Job Description
NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our established anesthesia team at Advent Health Central Texas in Killeen, Texas. This is a lifestyle-focused opportunity offering excellent compensation, flexible scheduling, and a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care across a broad range of surgical and obstetric cases
- Participate in pager-based call coverage as scheduled
- Collaborate with a stable team of CRNAs and anesthesiologists
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $270K – $290K+
- Additional compensation for call coverage
- $60K Sign-On Bonus
- Incentives and Stipends
- Generous PTO: 10 weeks per year with holiday flexibility
- Full Time, W2
- $1,500 CME allowance per year with rollover option

Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Schedule & Work Environment
- Flexible scheduling
- Pager call from home with 30-minute call-back radius
- Only 1 CRNA on call; MD provides backup call
- CRNAs take 3–6 calls per month
- Every 6th or 8th weekend on call
- PCDO guaranteed
- Call rooms available if outside radius

OB (120–130 deliveries per month), Light Pediatrics (ENT), Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, General “bread and butter” cases, Endoscopy
