Job Description

NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at AdventHealth Ottawa in Ottawa, Kansas. This is an exciting new opportunity to join a close-knit hospital environment with three points of service, offering autonomy, meaningful case variety, and exceptional work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across a diverse range of surgical services
• Participate in OB call coverage as part of the care team
• Deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia services in a community hospital setting

Compensation & Benefits

• Top of Market Base Salary: $240,000
• Estimated Annual Bonus: $8,000
• Estimated Call Pay: $34,225
• Total Estimated Compensation: $282K+
• Incentives, Stipends & Sign-On Bonus
• Generous PTO: 13 weeks
