Job Description
NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at AdventHealth Ottawa in Ottawa, Kansas. This is an exciting new opportunity to join a close-knit hospital environment with three points of service, offering autonomy, meaningful case variety, and exceptional work-life balance. Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care across a diverse range of surgical services
- Participate in OB call coverage as part of the care team
- Deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia services in a community hospital setting
Compensation & Benefits
- Top of Market Base Salary: $240,000
- Estimated Annual Bonus: $8,000
- Estimated Call Pay: $34,225
- Total Estimated Compensation: $282K+
