Job Description
NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Mid-America Surgery Institute in Overland Park, Kansas. Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for a diverse outpatient surgical population
- Work collaboratively within both medical direction and CRNA-only settings
- Deliver safe, efficient, high-quality anesthesia care in a fast-paced ASC environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Top of Market Base Salary: $240K+
- $60K Sign-On Bonus ($20K paid annually over 3 years)
- Extra shift pay and performance bonuses

Schedule & Work Environment
- Monday–Friday schedule
- 8-hour shifts (typical hours 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
- No nights, no call, no weekends, no holidays
- Combination of medical direction and CRNA-only rooms
