Job Description

NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Mid-America Surgery Institute in Overland Park, Kansas. Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for a diverse outpatient surgical population
• Work collaboratively within both medical direction and CRNA-only settings
• Deliver safe, efficient, high-quality anesthesia care in a fast-paced ASC environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Top of Market Base Salary: $240K+
• $60K Sign-On Bonus ($20K paid annually over 3 years)

Schedule & Work Environment

• Monday–Friday schedule
• 8-hour shifts (typical hours 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
• No nights, no call, no weekends, no holidays
• Combination of medical direction and CRNA-only rooms
