Job Description

NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team in Elk Grove Village, IL at Ascension Alexian Brothers Medical Center. Extremely autonomous practice environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia care across a high-acuity, multi-specialty case mix
  • Practice in an extremely autonomous setting

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: New grads starting at $252K, increased compensation with experience up to $263K
  • $117 – $122 per hour
  • Incentives, Stipends & $90K Generous Sign-on Bonus
  • Generous PTO: 6 weeks
  • Full Time, W2
  • Flexible Scheduling: 2–3 calls per month, beeper call from home
