Job Description

NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Covenant Hobbs Hospital in Hobbs, New Mexico. This is a high-quality-of-life position in an all-CRNA model, offering independent practice and a strong work/life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care in an independent CRNA practice model
• Deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia services across multiple case types
• Participate in shared call coverage as scheduled

Compensation & Benefits

• Top of Market Base Salary: $400K+ minimum
• $30K Annual Sign-On Bonus
