Job Description

NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Nor-Lea Hospital District in Lovington, New Mexico. This is an all-CRNA model offering excellent work-life balance, a consistent weekday schedule, and the opportunity to practice to the full scope of your license in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care in an all-CRNA practice model
• Deliver anesthesia services across a diverse surgical case mix
• Work independently while collaborating with the perioperative care team

Compensation & Benefits

• Top of Market Base Salary: $336K+ minimum
• $90K Sign-On Bonus with 3-year commitment
• Generous PTO: 13 weeks
