Job Description
NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Baptist Health Floyd in New Albany, Indiana. This is a large, busy practice with a diverse case mix and a collaborative care-team model. Recent compensation increases make this an excellent opportunity for both new graduates and experienced CRNAs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care across a broad range of surgical services
- Work collaboratively within a care-team model
- Deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia services in a fast-paced hospital environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Top of Market Base Salary: $230K – $246K (increased compensation with experience)
- $230K base + $10K Acuity + $6K Quality Incentive
- $60K Sign-On Bonus for a 3-year commitment (paid upfront or rolled into salary)
