New Job! NorthStar is hiring a FT CRNA in Olympia Fields, Illinois. $269K+ base, $75K Sign-On, Flexible Schedule, 3-Day Work Weeks, OB Shifts Available. NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Franciscan Health Olympia Fields in Olympia Fields, Illinois. This is an outstanding opportunity to practice in a high-acuity hospital environment while enjoying an exceptional work-life balance with flexible scheduling and 3-day work weeks. Both new graduates and experienced CRNAs are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia care across a broad range of surgical services
  • Participate in OB shifts as desired
  • Collaborate with anesthesia and surgical teams in a hospital setting

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: Starting at $269K for new graduates (increased compensation with experience)
  • Increased compensation with call
