Job Description

NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Bon Secours Maryview Medical Center in Portsmouth, Virginia, with coverage at Bon Secours Surgery Center at Harbour View as well. This full-time opportunity offers competitive compensation, no call requirements, and flexible scheduling with a wide variety of shift options.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia care for a diverse range of surgical procedures
  • Collaborate with anesthesia colleagues and surgical teams
  • Deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia services in hospital and surgery center settings

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $250,000 – $270,000 based on years of experience
  • Quality Bonus: $5,000 – $10,000 based on years of experience
  • Incentives, stipends & generous sign-on bonus (up to $80K)
  • Generous PTO: 6–7 weeks
