Job Description

NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Regional West Medical Center in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. This is a full-scope hospital-based role within a collaborative care-team model, offering exceptional compensation, generous time off, and the opportunity to practice across a wide range of complex cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across a broad range of surgical services
• Perform regional anesthesia blocks
• Manage obstetric anesthesia services
• Work collaboratively within a care-team model
• Deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia care in an acute care hospital environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Total Compensation: $350,000
• $325,000 base salary
• $5,000 annual bonus
• $20,000 per year sign-on bonus
• Additional incentives and stipends available
• $60,000 Sign-On Bonus with a 3-year commitment
• Generous PTO: 10 weeks

General Surgery, Orthopedics, Major Vascular, Neurology, Trauma, Thoracic, Pediatrics, OB and GYN. CRNAs perform regional blocks and manage obstetric anesthesia.
