Job Description

NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Bon Secours Surgery Center at Harbour View in Suffolk, Virginia. This is an excellent outpatient opportunity offering a healthy work-life balance with no call, weekends, or holidays. CRNAs will practice in a supportive environment with a diverse yet predictable case mix.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia care for a variety of outpatient surgical procedures
  • Deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia services in an ambulatory surgery center setting
  • Work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesia colleagues, and perioperative staff

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $240,000+
  • $80,000 Sign-On Bonus
