Job Description

NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Valdosta Orthopedic Associates in Valdosta, Georgia. This is a CRNA-only group providing high-quality anesthesia care in two outpatient settings, including a busy orthopedic center and an ENT center. This highly autonomous role is ideal for CRNAs with experience in independent practice who value flexibility, consistency, and strong team culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia care in an independent CRNA-only practice
  • Deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia services for outpatient orthopedic procedures
  • Collaborate with a small, experienced CRNA team in a supportive environment

Compensation & Benefits

  • Experienced CRNAs: $205K – $245K base salary with annual increases
  • New Graduates: $200K base salary
  • $40K retention bonus
  • End-of-year bonus offered

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Highly autonomous, independent CRNA-only practice
  • Rotating weekly schedules: Monday–Wednesday or Tuesday–Thursday
  • Every Friday off
  • No call, no weekends
