Job Description
NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at DeTar Healthcare System in Victoria, Texas. This opportunity offers a mix of care-team and independent practice settings, providing flexibility, autonomy, and an excellent quality of life for both new graduates and experienced CRNAs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care across a diverse surgical case mix
- Practice in both care-team and independent settings
- Deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia services in a hospital environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: $318K+ base salary
- $180/hour workover rate
- $100K Sign-On Bonus
- Incentives and stipends available
- Generous PTO: 6–8 weeks
