Job Description

NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Norton Brownsboro Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative care-team model alongside a strong anesthesia team in a well-established, supportive practice environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care within a collaborative care-team model
• Deliver anesthesia services across a focused, non-OB, non-cardiac case mix
• Perform regional anesthesia and blocks if desired

Compensation & Benefits

• Top of Market Base Salary: $246K
• Sign-On Bonus: $50K for 2-year commitment or $60K for 3-year commitment
• Generous PTO: 8 weeks
