Job Description

NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our North Texas Float Pool team based in Irving, Texas. This role involves floating to approximately 5–6 facilities throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area, offering variety, flexibility, and excellent work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia care across multiple NorthStar facilities within the DFW area
  • Deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia services across diverse case types
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams at each assigned facility

Compensation & Benefits

  • Top of Market Base Salary: $250K+
