Job Description

NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our collaborative anesthesia team at University of Maryland Charles Regional Medical Center in La Plata, Maryland. This opportunity is ideal for both new graduates and experienced CRNAs looking for flexible scheduling, strong team culture, and excellent compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care in a collaborative care-team model
• Deliver safe and effective anesthesia services across a diverse case mix
• Participate in scheduled beeper call coverage

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $250K – $300K
• $75K Sign-On Bonus
