Job Description
NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for openings at Norton Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. This is an opportunity to join a strong anesthesia team in a collaborative care-team model at a growing practice with excellent mentorship and long-term career potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care in a collaborative care-team model
- Participate in OB coverage as part of the anesthesia team
- Deliver anesthesia services across a diverse surgical case mix
- Participate in required call coverage
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $109.13
- Overtime Rate: $163.70
- Total Compensation Package: $245,990
- Quality Incentive: $6,000
- Acuity Stipend: $13,000
- $19K Incentives, Stipends & Increased $60K Sign-On Bonus (3-year commitment)
