Job Description

NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for openings at Norton Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. This is an opportunity to join a strong anesthesia team in a collaborative care-team model at a growing practice with excellent mentorship and long-term career potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care in a collaborative care-team model
• Participate in OB coverage as part of the anesthesia team
• Deliver anesthesia services across a diverse surgical case mix
• Participate in required call coverage

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $109.13
• Overtime Rate: $163.70
• Total Compensation Package: $245,990
• Quality Incentive: $6,000
• Acuity Stipend: $13,000
• $19K Incentives, Stipends & Increased $60K Sign-On Bonus (3-year commitment)
• Monthly student stipends
• Generous PTO: 8 weeks
