Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across a broad range of bread-and-butter surgical cases
• Conduct patient assessments and formulate individualized anesthesia plans
• Administer and manage anesthesia from induction through recovery
• Ensure safe postoperative transition and monitoring
• Work independently while collaborating with surgeons, nursing staff, and anesthesia colleagues

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual compensation: $320,000–$370,000
• $50,000 bonus
• Independent contractor (1099) model

Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Active CRNA license or eligibility for Vermont
• NBCRNA certification
• Ability to practice independently in a community hospital environment
• Strong general anesthesia skills

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time schedule with predictable daily structure
• Bread-and-butter caseload
• Every tenth night first call
• Supportive team and community hospital setting
