Exciting opportunity to join The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, a distinguished Academic Health Center, as Chief CRNA!

The Position:
The Chief CRNA will spearhead the development of strategic plans, annual goals, and financial budgets, exercising comprehensive administrative oversight over all CAAs and CRNAs within the esteemed OSU Wexner Medical Center. This leader will report to the Executive Director of Clinical Services and oversee a team of three direct reports and more than 75 FTEs. This leader will cultivate robust working relationships across all levels of the department, fostering a collaborative environment. They will steadfastly uphold quality standards and patient safety measures while facilitating seamless coordination with the College of Nursing to onboard new CRNA trainees. Additionally, they will spearhead recruitment and retention initiatives to fortify the team. Ideal candidates will embody strong, collaborative leadership, demonstrating exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Critical experience in effectively managing large staff groups across multiple sites is essential.

Requirements:
BSN and Doctorate are required.
CRNA certification is required.
A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience is within complex health systems or Academic Medical Centers.
