Job Description

Orthopaedic Hospital of Wisconsin is seeking a full-time CRNA to join its top-rated orthopedic surgical specialty hospital. This position offers an exceptional work-life balance with no call and no weekends. CRNAs will provide perioperative anesthetic services in collaboration with a care team model consisting of MDs and CRNAs.

Key Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia services for orthopedic surgical cases
Deliver general, MAC, and regional block anesthesia
Work collaboratively in a care team model with anesthesiologists
Ensure safe, high-quality anesthesia care and patient monitoring

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary: $270,000–$280,000
W-2 employment
No call, no weekends
Hospital consistently ranked highly in quality, patient satisfaction, and staff satisfaction

Job Requirements

NBCRNA certification
Active Wisconsin CRNA license
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Strong skills in general anesthesia, MAC, and regional blocks

Schedule & Work Environment

Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule
No nights, no weekends, no call
Care team model in a surgical hospital environment
