Job Description
Orthopaedic Hospital of Wisconsin is seeking a full-time CRNA to join its top-rated orthopedic surgical specialty hospital. This position offers an exceptional work-life balance with no call and no weekends. CRNAs will provide perioperative anesthetic services in collaboration with a care team model consisting of MDs and CRNAs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services for orthopedic surgical cases
- Deliver general, MAC, and regional block anesthesia
- Work collaboratively in a care team model with anesthesiologists
- Ensure safe, high-quality anesthesia care and patient monitoring
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary: $270,000–$280,000
- W-2 employment
- No call, no weekends

Job Requirements
- NBCRNA certification
- Active Wisconsin CRNA license
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Strong skills in general anesthesia, MAC, and regional blocks
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule
- No nights, no weekends, no call
- Care team model in a surgical hospital environment
