Ortho NorthEast is seeking multiple Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join a growing, highly specialized orthopedic anesthesia team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This full-time opportunity is based in a dedicated orthopedic hospital and surgery center and is designed for CRNAs who value clinical focus, schedule stability, and a collaborative team environment.

CRNAs in this role provide anesthesia care for a wide range of orthopedic procedures across both inpatient and outpatient settings. The position offers a predictable work schedule with no call responsibilities, no weekends, and no major holidays. This is an ideal role for providers looking to focus on orthopedic and regional anesthesia without the operational burdens often associated with hospital-based generalist roles.

The anesthesia department supports an expanding service line and includes experienced anesthesiologists and CRNAs working in a coordinated, professional setting. Providers routinely perform regional anesthesia techniques, including spinal anesthesia and peripheral nerve blocks, while utilizing modern equipment and state-of-the-art operating rooms.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for orthopedic surgeries in inpatient and outpatient settings
• Perform spinal anesthesia and regional anesthesia techniques as indicated
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff
• Monitor patients throughout the perioperative period and adjust anesthetic plans as needed
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established safety protocols

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual compensation up to $300,000
