Job Description

Renew Medical Group is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join the anesthesia team at Mercy Orthopedic Hospital in Springfield, Missouri. This is a highly sought-after opportunity for CRNAs looking for an orthopedic-only practice with exceptional work-life balance and predictable scheduling.

This position is based at a specialty orthopedic hospital and features a weekday-only schedule with no nights, weekends, call, or floating. The practice is focused exclusively on orthopedic anesthesia, allowing CRNAs to develop and maintain strong regional anesthesia skills in a modern, well-supported surgical environment. There is no trauma, no OB, and no requirement to cover other facilities.

Compensation is structured as a 1099 independent contractor role with an hourly rate of $185, translating to approximately $318,200 in annual earnings. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, and includes paid holidays and a total of nine weeks off annually. As part of onboarding, Renew Medical Group will cover the cost of a regional anesthesia course to support continued clinical development.
