Job Description

Join a premier orthopedic hospital and surgery center in Fort Wayne, Indiana, as a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). This position offers a specialized orthopedic focus, predictable scheduling, and excellent compensation—without call, weekend, or holiday requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia for a wide range of orthopedic procedures in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Administer regional and general anesthesia while maintaining patient safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and OR staff to ensure optimal surgical outcomes.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust anesthesia plans as needed throughout the perioperative period.
• Place primary regional anesthesia blocks and spinal anesthesia (SAB) as part of daily practice.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary: $297,000–$300,000 (W-2)
• $175/hour for overtime beyond 10 hours per day or 40 hours per week
• 7 weeks paid vacation + 5 personal days
• $30,000 tuition reimbursement or sign-on bonus
• Up to $10,000 reimbursable relocation expenses
• $1,700/day for optional Saturday add-on shifts

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with active or eligible Indiana license
• Experience or strong interest in orthopedic anesthesia and regional techniques

• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement

Schedule & Work Environment
