Job Description
Grandview Surgery Center at Harleysville is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to serve as a core provider for this growing multispecialty outpatient facility. This position is designed for CRNAs who prefer a predictable outpatient schedule and a focused surgical case mix without hospital call obligations. The role supports a stable clinical environment with experienced staff, consistent daily workflows, and a strong anesthesia care team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services for outpatient surgical procedures in a medically directed model
- Participate in preoperative evaluation and intraoperative anesthesia management
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nursing staff, and perioperative teams
- Administer induction agents as assigned based on daily workflow and supervision structure
- Ensure safe postoperative transitions and anesthesia documentation
Clinical Practice Setting
- Multispecialty outpatient surgery center
- Case mix includes orthopedics, ophthalmology, plastics, podiatry, and pain management
- No cardiac, OB, trauma, neuro, or critical care cases
- Medically directed anesthesia care team model
- Exclusive anesthesia contract with Associates in Anesthesia, Inc.
Schedule & Work Structure
- Full-time W-2 position
- Predictable weekday schedule
- No nights, weekends, or call responsibilities
- No first or second call coverage
- Designed for long-term outpatient stability
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual compensation range of $250,000–$290,000
- $80,000 sign-on bonus with a two-year commitment

Team & Staffing
- One CRNA position available
- Four full-time anesthesiologists
- Eight part-time CRNAs across the group

Job Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania CRNA license
- NBCRNA certification required
- ACLS certification required
- PALS not required
- New graduate CRNAs are welcome to apply
