Job Description

This full-time outpatient position near Newark, Delaware offers a stable schedule, excellent compensation, and a supportive private practice environment. The role includes orthopedic anesthesia and sedation for pain management cases in an ambulatory setting. Regional block experience is essential. Both full-time W-2 and part-time 1099 arrangements are available.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for outpatient orthopedic procedures
• Perform sedation for pain management cases
• Utilize strong regional block skills for optimal patient outcomes
• Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop safe anesthetic plans
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and during recovery
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and clinical staff
• Maintain accurate anesthesia documentation

Compensation & Benefits

• Full-time W-2 salary: $230,000
• Part-time 1099 opportunities also available
• Sign-on bonus: $10,000

Job Requirements

• Regional block experience required
• Delaware license preferred but not required to apply
• Experience in outpatient or ambulatory anesthesia is strongly preferred
