Job Description

NW Face & Body is seeking a CRNA to join its growing outpatient plastic surgery anesthesia team based in Kirkland, Washington. This role is centered in a high-end ambulatory surgery center environment serving healthy patients only. The practice operates three ASCs across the Seattle metro area and offers flexible employment options including full-time, part-time, or per diem coverage. This position provides an exceptional work-life balance with no nights, no weekends, and no call.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia services for outpatient plastic surgery procedures
  • Safely manage anesthesia for healthy elective surgery patients
  • Work independently within an ASC setting
  • Collaborate with surgical and perioperative staff to ensure efficient patient flow

Compensation & Benefits

  • $250 per hour
  • Flexible scheduling: full-time, part-time, or per diem
  • Choice of W-2 or 1099 engagement
  • No nights, no weekends, no call

Job Requirements

  • Active CRNA certification
  • Washington state license or eligibility
  • Comfort working independently in an outpatient surgery center
  • Experience with elective or cosmetic surgery anesthesia preferred

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Outpatient ambulatory surgery center
  • Elective cases on healthy patients only
  • No call responsibilities
  • No nights or weekend shifts
