Job Description

Sentara Princess Anne Hospital is seeking part-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join its established anesthesia care team. This acute care hospital performs more than 12,000 cases annually, including 2,000 OB cases, and offers a collaborative environment with a large team of physicians and CRNAs. CRNAs enjoy diverse scheduling options, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to practice in a thriving coastal community.

Key Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia care across a wide range of cases, including OB
Participate in a care team with 9 physicians and 25+ CRNAs
Support safe, high-quality patient care in a busy hospital setting

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $120,000 – $150,000
Comprehensive benefits and retirement packages
$1,800 CME allowance
$3,000 annual quality bonus

Job Requirements

NBCRNA certification
Active Virginia CRNA license
BLS and ACLS certifications
Strong teamwork and communication skills

Schedule & Work Environment

Shifts available: 8, 10, 12, and 24 hours
Second call: 1:16 rotation
First call: not required
Annual cases: 12,000+, including 2,000 OB
Immediate start date
