Job Description

Penn State Health’s Hampden Medical Center is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join their collegial, high-performance anesthesia team. This full-time W-2 position offers top-tier compensation, flexible scheduling, and one of the most generous sign-on bonus packages in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and effective anesthesia care for a variety of specialties including General, Orthopedics, Urology, OB/GYN, Plastics, Endoscopy, and Podiatry
• No cardiac or pediatric cases
• Work in a supportive, family-oriented team under the Department of Anesthesia

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary up to $291,000 based on experience
• New graduate rate: $227,000
• Sign-on incentive up to $80,000 + $10,000 relocation stipend
• 401(k) with matching
• 4 weeks PTO, 7 paid holidays, 56 hours of personal time, additional sick leave
• 1 week CME time + $3,000 CME allowance

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Current NBCRNA certification
• Licensed RN in the state of Pennsylvania
• BLS required; ACLS and PALS preferred
• Epidural experience preferred but not required

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time schedule with flexible shift options: 8s, 10s, 12s, or a combination
• Day shifts available
• Collegial, community-oriented environment with full support from Chief CRNA
