Washakie Medical Center, part of the Banner Health system, is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a PRN opportunity in Worland, Wyoming. This position offers the chance to join an established CRNA team within a community hospital setting that emphasizes patient care, safety, and work-life balance.

CRNAs in this role practice in a CRNA-only model and provide anesthesia services for a diverse surgical case mix, including orthopedics, general surgery, endoscopy, and obstetrics. This opportunity is well suited for independent CRNAs who enjoy clinical variety and rural hospital practice, with additional support through travel reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care
• Perform ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia techniques and epidurals
• Manage patients throughout the perioperative period
• Collaborate with surgical and perioperative teams to ensure patient safety
• Maintain accurate and timely anesthesia documentation

Compensation & Benefits

• Restricted rate: $130 per hour with an eight-hour guarantee (Monday–Friday)
• Unrestricted call rate: $50 per hour
• W-2 employment status

Job Requirements

• Current CRNA certification in good standing
• Active, unrestricted Wyoming CRNA license or ability to obtain
• Experience providing independent anesthesia care in a hospital setting
• Proficiency with regional anesthesia and ultrasound-guided blocks
• Ability to meet hospital credentialing requirements
