Job Description
Powder Valley Surgery Center is seeking a full-time CRNA to join its all-CRNA anesthesia care team. This position offers an excellent work-life balance with no call and no weekends. CRNAs will provide anesthesia for a variety of cases, with a focus on GI, ophthalmology, orthopedics, and pediatric ENT (ear tubes and tonsils). A dedicated block CRNA is scheduled once per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care independently in an all-CRNA model
- Manage anesthesia for GI, eyes, orthopedics, and pediatric ENT procedures
- Perform regional blocks one day per week
- Deliver safe, high-quality patient care in a collaborative ASC setting
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual income: $300,000 (minimum)
- Flexible employment model: W-2 or 1099 available
- No call, no weekends
- Work in an all-CRNA team environment
Job Requirements
- NBCRNA certification
- Active Wisconsin CRNA license
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Proficiency in regional blocks preferred
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule
- No nights, weekends, or holidays
- Two CRNAs scheduled daily, with dedicated block coverage on Tuesdays
