Presbyterian Española Hospital is seeking a full-time CRNA to join an experienced all-CRNA team practicing in a fully autonomous environment. Key Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope anesthesia services in an independent practice setting
• Deliver obstetric anesthesia care; OB experience required
• Perform preoperative evaluations and create individualized anesthetic plans
• Manage anesthesia intraoperatively and ensure safe postoperative care
• Participate in first-call rotation every third night with post-call day off

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual compensation: $360,000 to $380,000
• $20,000 relocation incentive
• Independent contractor (1099) structure
• 13 weeks off annually

Job Requirements

• Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Active New Mexico CRNA license or eligibility
• NBCRNA certification
• OB anesthesia experience required
• Ability to work independently within an all-CRNA model

• Full-time independent contractor role
• Every third night first call
• Post-call day off
• 13 weeks off per year
• Collaborative, autonomous all-CRNA team
