Job Description

Banner Health is seeking a per diem CRNA to join their CRNA-only practice model at Washakie Medical Center in scenic Worland, Wyoming. This PRN opportunity offers competitive hourly rates, paid malpractice insurance, and travel reimbursement—all while enjoying the lifestyle of a charming mountain town with abundant outdoor recreation.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently provide general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care
• Perform ultrasound-guided blocks and obstetric epidurals
• Support a variety of cases including general surgery, endoscopy, orthopedics, and OB

Compensation & Benefits

• W-2 per diem position
• Restricted rate: $130/hour with 8-hour weekday guarantee (Mon–Fri)
• Unrestricted rate: $50/hour
• Paid malpractice insurance
• Matching 401(k) plan
• Travel reimbursement available

Job Requirements

• NBCRNA certification – required
• Active Wyoming CRNA license – required
• Experience with regional anesthesia techniques – required

Schedule & Work Environment

• PRN weekday schedule (8-hour guarantee M–F)
• CRNA-only practice model
• Facility offers general, ortho, endo, and OB cases
• Located in a rural mountain setting with access to Yellowstone and the Black Hills
