Job Description

Digestive Health Center is seeking a CRNA to work as a 1099 independent contractor with a private GI group in Reno, NV. This role focuses on low-acuity ambulatory patients in an AAAHC-accredited surgery center and offers a strong work–life balance with a Monday–Friday schedule and no call or weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for GI procedures in an ambulatory surgery center setting
• Perform preoperative evaluations and develop appropriate anesthetic plans
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and adjust anesthesia as needed to ensure safety and comfort
• Provide postoperative care and assessment, supporting positive patient outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and ASC staff to support efficient, patient-centered care

Compensation & Benefits

• 1099 daily rate: $1,500 per day
• Monday–Friday schedule with no call or weekend responsibilities
• All cases performed in an ambulatory surgery center (AAAHC accredited)
• Signing bonus negotiable (details discussed during interview and onboarding)

Job Requirements

• Current and active Nevada CRNA licensing
• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist with the ability to practice independently
• Comfort working in a GI-focused ambulatory setting
• Commitment to quality patient care and positive patient experience

Schedule & Work Environment

• PRN 1099 role, structured around a Monday–Friday schedule
• No nights, weekends, or call
• Low-acuity GI patient population in a private group practice environment
• Opportunity to structure compensation as a contracted daily rate or full-time arrangement, depending on mutual agreement
