Job Description

Gastroenterology Associates Endoscopy Center in Olympia, Washington is seeking PRN Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join a well-established, CRNA-only anesthesia team providing care exclusively for outpatient gastrointestinal procedures. The workflow is intentionally designed for efficiency, patient safety, and a reasonable daily case volume, allowing providers to focus on delivering high-quality care without unnecessary administrative burden.

The role is structured as a W-2 per diem position with guaranteed 10-hour shifts and a flat daily rate of $1,700, equivalent to $170 per hour. There are no nights, no weekends, no holidays, and absolutely no call responsibilities, making this an ideal opportunity for CRNAs seeking consistent daytime work in a low-stress outpatient setting. Key Responsibilities

• Provide autonomous anesthesia care for outpatient GI endoscopy procedures
• Manage all phases of anesthesia without medical direction
• Collaborate with gastroenterologists, nursing staff, and support teams
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and efficient procedural flow
• Maintain accurate and timely anesthesia documentation

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
