Job Description

Integrity Anesthesia Solutions is seeking experienced PRN Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to support coverage at Brattleboro Memorial Hospital in Brattleboro, Vermont. This opportunity offers true independent practice, allowing CRNAs to work at the top of their license in a supportive rural hospital environment. Providers will cover a combination of day shifts and call, with competitive compensation and premium call pay.

Brattleboro Memorial Hospital serves a close-knit community and offers a balanced pace of practice with a diverse surgical caseload. This role is well-suited for CRNAs who are confident practicing independently and who value flexibility, autonomy, and strong earning potential on a PRN basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide independent anesthesia care across surgical and obstetric services
• Perform preoperative assessments and develop anesthetic plans
• Administer and monitor general, regional, and neuraxial anesthesia
• Perform peripheral nerve blocks as required
• Manage post-anesthesia recovery and pain control

Compensation & Benefits

• $250 per hour
• $1,000 per night for weeknight call
• $2,000 per night for weekend call
• Daily rates ranging from $2,000 to $3,500 depending on coverage
• Malpractice insurance provided

Schedule & Work Environment

• PRN coverage with day shifts and call responsibilities
• Independent CRNA practice model
• Case mix includes OB (approximately 240 deliveries annually), General Surgery, Orthopedics, OB/GYN, Urology, and Endoscopy
• Block skills required; epidural experience preferred
