Job Description

Nuvia Dental Implant Center in Bellevue, Washington is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a PRN position in a fast-growing dental implant practice. This role offers a highly autonomous work environment focused on delivering life-changing outpatient procedures.

CRNAs will work independently in a CRNA-only model, providing general anesthesia for full mouth dental implant procedures. This position is ideal for experienced providers seeking autonomy, a predictable schedule, and a meaningful patient impact in an office-based setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer general anesthesia using nasal intubation for dental implant procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and educate patients on anesthesia plans
• Monitor patients throughout procedures ensuring safety and stability
• Provide post-anesthesia care and ensure safe recovery
• Collaborate with oral surgeons and clinical staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established protocols

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting at approximately $275+ per hour
• Guaranteed daily pay whether cases are performed or not

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Active Washington state licensure required
• Minimum two years of CRNA experience required
• At least one year of independent practice experience
• Proficiency in nasal intubation required
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• PALS certification required
• Experience in outpatient or office-based anesthesia preferred

Schedule & Work Environment

• PRN 1099 position
• Typical start time 6:30 AM with first case at 7:00 AM
• No call, nights, weekends, or holiday requirements
• Independent CRNA-only practice model
• Office-based dental surgery setting
